Who makes it, and what to know
Bertazzoni is an Italian family company that has made cooking equipment since 1882; it says its ranges are designed, engineered and made in Italy, at its own factory in Guastalla. Bertazzoni's warranty is two years, parts and labor, and four years if you register the appliance; complaints about oven temperature are covered for only the first 180 days. Bertazzoni makes it to order and says it ships in about 12 weeks. All gas means the oven is gas too, so it runs from a gas line and a 110-volt outlet, with no 240-volt circuit. Bertazzoni also makes it for propane. The oven is larger than the dual-fuel version's, 5.9 cubic feet against 5.7, but there is no self-clean or air-fry mode on this one. You buy from Abt Electronics, a family-owned appliance and electronics store in Glenview, Illinois, open since 1936. Abt handles delivery and returns: most items go back within 30 days in their original packaging, and Abt may charge the return shipping. The warranty is Bertazzoni's.
