The guarantee. Every digital product we sell comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. That covers The Essential 2027 Guide to Your Dream Colorful Kitchen, the three bonus guides that come with it, and anything you add at checkout. If it is not what you needed, ask within 30 days and we refund it. No reason needed.

The printed hardcover. Each hardcover is printed for you after you order, so we cannot take back a book that arrives as ordered. If yours arrives damaged or misprinted, send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will reprint it or refund it, whichever you prefer.

How to ask. Email support@colorfulbrands.co from the address you bought with and tell us which product. Refunds go back to the card you paid with and usually appear within a few business days, depending on your bank. One refund per customer per product.

Appliances. Appliances sold by Colorful Brands follow their own delivery and returns terms, set out on Help, shipping and returns.

Your card statement. Purchases show as COLORFUL BRANDS. If something has gone wrong, email us first: it is faster than a chargeback, and we would rather fix it. What a COLORFUL BRANDS charge is.
