Café is a brand of GE Appliances, which is owned by Haier and based in Louisville, Kentucky. It was a GE product line from 2007 and became a brand of its own in 2018, with its own store and its own warranty. The warranty is one year on the whole appliance; Café's spec sheet lists parts and no separate labor cover. It is a 2026 model, so there is no long-term record yet: Café's site has 25 reviews, all from its first weeks, and every one we read is marked incentivized, meaning the reviewer received something for writing it. None is below three stars. The controls are on the side, and one reviewer notes it has to sit sideways on the counter to reach them.
