Café is a brand of GE Appliances, which is owned by Haier and based in Louisville, Kentucky. It was a GE product line from 2007 and became a brand of its own in 2018, with its own store and its own warranty. The warranty is one year on the whole appliance; Café's spec sheet lists parts and no separate labor cover. On Café's site it scores 4.5 out of 5 across 654 owner reviews, and 29 of those (4%) are one star. The one-star reviews we read describe uneven browning and a build that feels light for the price.
