“The knobs are large and easy to read. plenty of power to do sauces on multiple burners. Oven is very quiet. Temperature preheats fast wirh accurate temperature. Broil for extra crispness is fast and even.”

“The digital panel is a huge disappointment. It often freezes and is unresponsive to touch. Upon purchase it had a software glitch that made the panel completely shut down and the only solution was turning my electrical outlet off from the breaker. At that point I called Whirlpool (Parent company of Kitchen aid) and ask if I could replace the oven. They would not do it. But they did send a great repair guy out the next day who helped me to update the software and resolve that problem. Now I am just dealing with randomly unresponsive touch controls. I am also concerned because the panel is in an area where spills and food fall and I am wondering if that will eventually short circuit the panel entirely. Bottom line--wish I had gotten a manual control oven. Kicking myself for buying this EXPENSIVE appliance. Air fryer works well. Broiler super slow to heat up. Oven gets overheated easily and initiates a really noisy fan for cooling. I'm a serious cook and this oven was a serious mistake. I'll research better next time around.”
