Who makes it, and what to know
Staub belongs to the Zwilling group and says its cocottes have been made in France since 1974; its artisans work in Merville. It is dishwasher safe, but Staub recommends washing by hand, and says not to use metal utensils or put it under the broiler. Staub warns its warranty may not apply to pots bought from unauthorized sellers or marketplaces.
