Breville was founded in Sydney, Australia, in 1932. Breville calls this an assisted manual machine: it grinds and tamps for you, and you steam the milk yourself. The tamping arm presses at a steady 22 lb and adjusts the next dose from the last one. Damson Blue was sold out on Breville's own site when we checked.
