Third-party servicers with a locator. On a BBB fridge complaint BlueStar wrote that local servicers said they were 'not certified to complete this repair'. One owner: 9 service calls in 3 years.

No BlueStar fridge recall found. Its 2013 and 2018 recalls were on wall ovens and gas ranges.

No retailer review pool found for its fridges. Trustpilot 2.0 from 15, BBB D- for failing to respond. The fridge reviews that exist describe repeat service calls and a replaced compressor.

No recall on the retro fridges. A 2005 shock-hazard recall covered two older Danby upright models built by W.C. Wood, with no injuries reported.

The product page says 'Produced In Our American Manufacturing Plants'. GE Appliances, a Haier company, builds fridges in Kentucky, Alabama and Tennessee; which plant makes this one is not stated.

No Café fridge recall found. A 2022 recall of about 155,000 GE-brand French door fridges, for freezer handles that could come off, covered six stainless GE models, not Café.

Smeg's US store states no level. Williams Sonoma sells it with room-of-choice white glove at a flat rate; AJ Madison delivers to the front door. 'SMEG does not offer installation services.'

Names its plants, in Fitchburg, Wisconsin, and Goodyear, Arizona, and calls itself an American manufacturer.

Viking lists its manufacturing facility in Greenwood, Mississippi, but its fridge pages and spec sheets do not say where the fridges are built. Owned by Composition Brands.

Two years full, sealed system parts and labor to year six, parts only to year twelve. Cosmetic 90 days. After repeated failed repairs, a refund or replacement at Viking's choice.

Third-party authorized servicers with a locator, sold through dealers. Owners report months without a warranty fix and a long wait for parts.

Three fridge recalls: about 76,000 built-ins in 2009 and 2013 for doors that could detach, with 16 injuries, and 750 side-by-sides in 2013 for fire. None since 2013.

No reviews exist for the color side-by-side. Trustpilot 2.0 from 12, BBB 1 from 6 with 58 complaints in three years. A Houzz owner: 'their rate of repair seems much higher'.

Spec sheets still list 18 colors on the 5 Series side-by-side, but every color listing found is discontinued and Viking's site shows its fridges in stainless only. No samples found.

ZLINE-approved third-party providers, booked through a support portal. One owner's $11,000 fridge took a year and several service calls to work; another was sent a part and paid a technician.
